  • God’s Resort offers a Stability Plan centered on healthy relationships, and safe, affordable, and dignified housing in the form of drug and alcohol-free apartments and houses in the neighborhood of International Airport Road and Arctic Boulevard in Anchorage, AK. The homes are one and two-bedroom units that rent at an affordable adjusted rate.

    We offer a relationship-based program to help people heal from past hurt and prepare for a new season of life.

  • God’s Resort is tailored to help individuals who seek a self-sustaining lifestyle but are unable to meet the typical standards required for safe and affordable housing.

  • A good candidate for residency:

    • Needs affordable housing but does not have the credit background to qualify for traditional housing or utilities

    • Has an income source and is ready to pay rent for their living space

    • Understands their need for regular employment and is employed

    • Has dedicated him- or herself to a drug and alcohol-free life

    • Is at least six months clean of any substance addiction

    • Desires a community of Christ-centered support

    • Is motivated to change, desires a stable life, and is ready to move forward to the next level of productive citizenship within the community
