God’s Resort offers a Stability Plan centered on healthy relationships, and safe, affordable, and dignified housing in the form of drug and alcohol-free apartments and houses in the neighborhood of International Airport Road and Arctic Boulevard in Anchorage, AK. The homes are one and two-bedroom units that rent at an affordable adjusted rate.
We offer a relationship-based program to help people heal from past hurt and prepare for a new season of life.

God’s Resort is tailored to help individuals who seek a self-sustaining lifestyle but are unable to meet the typical standards required for safe and affordable housing.

A good candidate for residency:
Needs affordable housing but does not have the credit background to qualify for traditional housing or utilities
Has an income source and is ready to pay rent for their living space
Understands their need for regular employment and is employed
Has dedicated him- or herself to a drug and alcohol-free life
Is at least six months clean of any substance addiction
Desires a community of Christ-centered support
Is motivated to change, desires a stable life, and is ready to move forward to the next level of productive citizenship within the community
